Paypal "Check Out With Paypal" button Arggggh!...

Thread began 3/18/2010 12:04 pm by PimpMyHoodie | Last modified 4/06/2010 7:32 am by PimpMyHoodie | 14930 views | 30 replies

Thank you for re-posting the details, but it appears this will not help me as my issue is a different one :-( (Thank you any though!)

I'm a little confused, your post doesn't make sense to me?.. (I think I'm just being dumb!) can you elaborate?..

When you say "Select the Express Checkout option then enter details for their credit card"

Do you mean enter details for the credit card on "", and they click the Paypal express check out button (why would some one do that?) or I'm assuming you mean, there is an issue when someone clicks the Paypal express checkout button and enters their credit card details on the Paypal site (without having / logging into a Paypal account) , and is then returned to the pp_confirm page?

If this is what you mean I haven't checked that yet (I'm guessing that's going to be a whole new can of worms then?), as at present I'm still having problems with the original issue on this thread...

The "Paypal express check out" button returns with NO details, from Paypal:

Upon returning to the site the "Paypal Express checkout" & "Shipping info" sections are blank (apart from one comma!)..

After clicking "Submit Order" I always end up with the same error:

"Transaction Not Completed
We're sorry
Your PayPal transaction could not be completed. Please return to checkout and try again."

(this is always the same whether I log in before or after I go to Paypal)

The problems as described above are ONLY with the "Paypal Express Checkout" button, as when I try to make a transaction using a credit card directly from "" everything seems to go through without any problems at all!!!...

I believe Jimmy is looking into this issue as we speak, so perhaps you could speak to him?..
