Can you add extra Product Detail images in PowerStore?

Thread began 3/09/2010 3:33 pm by keithlogan347721 | Last modified 4/10/2010 11:43 am by keithlogan347721 | 4900 views | 33 replies

found that.. now a new issue.. :-(

OK now I've downloaded the extra files as detailed above, and added them to my site..

I've followed the instructions, and everything seems to work, but only for the first set of options...

check it out here:

The problem is as soon as you adjust the drop down menus the PowerGallery ribbon disappears..

At first I thought it may just be a simple case of ticking "update all options" on the admin page after adding the code to the "product long description".. but no, even though the code has been added to all of the "long description" fields it still won't show on the other options of the live page!?..

I have noticed something else on the bottom of the "database integration read me" PDF, which i now think may be the issue, but I really can't figure out what it means...

"Adding your gallery to your database

3. Paste this code into your database in the appropriate column referenced by the binding you modified above.
How you insert this into your database does not matter. For example, you can use a DataAssist insert page or manually insert using phpMyAdmin."

Is the problem because I haven't done this?..

If so, can someone please give me clearer instructions on how to paste the code into "the appropriate column referenced by the binding you modified above" using PHPMyAdmin.. It's really not very clear at all!!..
