User id not set sometimes but fine sometimes too

User id set and sometimes not set


I apply the access rules and it still allowed direct access to the page.
However sometime later I tried the same thing on restored files before any changes and it didnt allow anyone to log in.
So we had to quickly restore the site before any changes.
I will send you some copys ok the changes but not make them in a live site, I will great a dev site. (but this will have a production db so please don't actually update or delete any exisiting data, to add new data is fine.
I will email back with a link.

Can I suggest a premium for skype chat support or better telephone support.
If you ask me would I spend £500 a year on chat and tel support combined...yes I would.
