User id not set sometimes but fine sometimes too

Thread began 1/22/2010 8:20 am by neil.batchelor254136 | Last modified 3/23/2010 5:37 pm by neil.batchelor254136 | 2365 views | 21 replies

User id not set when logged in

Eric, I have logged under the condition no cookies stored in my browser.

Before logging in I changed this page (attached)

changed the rule to only allow access to this page, when the Session ID is >=1, i.e. not 0 (see attached) and it still doesn't redirect me, even if I can plainly see that my session id is being set to null because I have cookies turned off and my browser doesn't retain information on purpose.

Can you be more specific please so I can solve this once and for all.
I know it might seem simple to you and I am no doubt ignorant but really if you can show me what to do step my step maybe we can avoid another 20 posts.
Whilst I appreciate your support its the limitations of your support medium that prevent me from buying more webassist products rather than spend 40% more on a task and outsourcing it.
