This is really not a new "problem" at all, in the scheme of things.
Most of this is standard copyright law stuff.
WebAssist just needs to decide who it wants its customers to be.
Everything else follows from that.

WebAssist has already made those basic decisions. Now ... the rest of us just have to sit back and see which way the Company intends to move.
