You could have clicked through to the web site to upgrade at any time. No need to send an email or call.
I'll look into why the emails weren't replied to, but it has nothing to do with the license update. The license update was not planned... it was a reaction to finding out that an ISP was reselling the powerstore solution for $3 to anyone who hosted with them that caused our reaction. The offer and timing are not significant and are purely coincidental.
