What about the upgrade offer?

It's getting to the point that I don't trust WA anymore. Which is sad because I really thought they were a company that was focused on the developer. Now I become suspicious with every offer they send me.

For example, the offer sent to me on March 11 for the Solution Suite Upgrade. "Contact us and save up to 66%"..."Buy now, and get all future solutions at 50% off"

I sent several emails to the address on the offer with no reply. Little did I know that I had only days before the license was going to change out from underneath me. Is this why nobody replied to my attempt to upgrade? The offer says it expires 3/26/10. The offer was sent on 3/11/10. And it looks like the license changed 3/17/10.

I sent emails on 3/11/10, 3/14/10, 3/16/10 to the upgrades@ email address and even sent one to sales on 3/12/10. I guess I should have called, but being almost completely deaf I try to do everything by email. And I didn't know that I was under a time restriction other than the expiration date of 3/26/10.

So for a week I tried to upgrade but didn't get any response from WA. Was I ignored because they decided after sending out the offer, that there would be a license change? Either way, I feel left out. Thanks WA.
