Yes, it is a complicated problem. We had to change the license agreement... that was clear... but where do we go from here?

We will have to make other changes to account for this and we appreciate the suggestions and debate.

Now we have the problem where one group is saying that powerstore is too cheap and makes their output devalued, and others that say it is too expensive as a single license. Some who say it is too hard to use, and others who say it is too easy for their clients to use.

The reality is that people think it is too expensive for them, but too cheap for their customers. It is a can of worms indeed. We want to continue offering them to our customers, but don't want the solution business to hurt us or our customers bottom line. We'll keep working on it and try to come up with solutions for the problems, which you all will no doubt point out the pros and cons of... and with everything there will be both.
