Upload path potential problem

Thread began 3/10/2010 8:00 am by web_assist_mail157665 | Last modified 3/26/2010 2:23 pm by web_assist_mail157665 | 1855 views | 15 replies

it gets worse

Over a week since this issue arose. Client has asked for a reduction in cost as we cannot deliver the job!.

I don't set up any of my uploads with fancy code to extract server paths. I create a folder - add any directory prefix to the file (like the HTML Editor Wizard implies its doing) and everything is fully transportable - local server - testing server - production server.

Neilo - re previous post - Yes, YOU got it in one. The file names pushed from the editor to the database simply need to be transportable (nothing before userfiles/.....) AND I need to be able to see the images in the EDITOR window. Pretty basic request - amazed this has never been raised and an issue.

.... still unresolved. Significant loss of revenue.
