Just wanted to say I have finally managed to resolve the issue myself. I know you couldn't help me pinpoint the exact problem, but I just wanted to say thanks to you and Magic for pointing me in the right direction, really appreciate it, cheers!

It was a 20pix left padding on the image, and then increase the margin from 170 to 190pix, problem solved. I also cleared out some other bits that firebug said I didn't need.
