I wasn't even thinking of what you wrote when I first replied. I think we are pretty much in agreement. We are both trying to make things better.
Everyone has something to contribute. Sometimes all it takes is a simple thanks, to keep others involved. Without questions, there aren't any answers. You also shared the parts that need work.
Hard work is the key. I spent 30 years learning what some are trying to learn in a weekend. Anything worth learning is going to take some work. I get a little tired of hearing people complain about learning tools, when we had to make our own tools when I started. I never get tired of helping people that are willing to learn. It's the entitlement attitude that gets to me. I don't have a problem with people bringing up negative things in a positive way. :)
I'm working on putting together some other training methods now, since many have expressed a desired for buying them. We will see how that works. In the mean time, make use of what's available now, and keep the positive attitude. It makes a world of difference. Everyone has a choice of learning or expressing anger. One gets you there and one sets you back.
