If you had clicked the link to the video tutorial you would have seen how to create a database in the first 20 seconds of the video. If you are already following the pdf and that's telling you what you need. why did you ask for help? If you are not even willing to read my advice then I'm just wasting my time. Wait until the WA guys return and you can ask them.
