Opportunity for Web Assist
For the record, I am not entirely disappointed with my decision to choose WA as a vendor and fully expect that the products purchased will meet my needs over time. I do however, as in the automotive corporate purchasing world from which I recently retired, intend to hold my vendor accountable for product performance, quality and support meeting the expectations set by sales and marketing. Dissatisfaction in these areas would seem to be the general sentiment of all who have posted to this thread. Given WA's pricing I am not expecting a premium product however it should at the very least install and perform as advertised.
If you truly feel that we, your customers, are "wasting time with these flame polls which don't help anybody and are necessarily inaccurate" then I challenge you to provide a more appropriate platform to address grievances without "trying to identify and herd anyone having issues into a horde".
Regardless, assuming that all who have not engaged WA in this thread are satisfied with their purchase of PS3 is appalling from a management perspective. The response to this thread should be setting off alarms at WA regarding this latest release of PS3.
I did not intend for this to spiral into what it has and choose to end my participation as it has become unproductive. I encourage you to contact me privately with any further comment.
