  1) To be able to make modifications to the template using Dreamweaver, you must extract the power stoer files to the root of your dreamweaver site.

double check that the power store files are at the root of your dreamweaver site.

2) When you modify the template, make sure that none of the other files are open in Dreamweaver.

3) When you save your changes, you should be prompted to update files that are based on the template. If you are not prompted to update files, you can force this by going to Modify -> Templates -> Update Pages.

4) After updating all of the pages, you must upload the entire site to your remote host.

Jason to be clear on what you're saying here - is it that my store must be in the root on my entire site? I have my store in a directory called "store" on my site - and all Power Store 3 files are within that directory. I have a complex site - and it's not possible for the store to be the root of the site.

And to be crystal clear for example my site structure is www/store/

www being the root and store being the directory in which my Power Store files are contained. All links except for the background colors of the "on" state for the left nav are working perfectly with my store.

Also I am getting this error message when I open the Main.dwt.php file: The definition file for this eCart object was not found. Please ensure that it is in the WA_eCart folder off of the site root. ???
