This is probably a good idea. I will make the suggestion to disable polls, or only allow them in the wishlist forum.
The comments and suggestions are useful and appreciated, but really the poll is completely unscientific and made useless by its context. The only thing we can truly learn from looking at this poll is that there are at least 6 people currently having issues with the Powerstore and struggling out of the hundreds of people that are using it. My guess is that most of them are having trouble with installation, otherwise the satisfaction rating wouldn't be so low.
We are probably already actively working with those people to fix their problems in other posts. You could learn this through reading individual posts by these people, and would be better served reading through their issues and resolutions where we spent time working with each of them individually on fixing their problems. This poll is a waste of efforts focusing on this poll data as if it somehow represented our overall satisfaction by customers, or that it even represents these currently struggling user's long term opinions.
You could use this same effort to work with us to fix your problems, or in the worst case find a bug that we will fix and make our products better for the next guy. I would suggest that the original poster is even likely to become a satisfied customer in the long term if he/she works with the WebAssist team to resolve any issues experienced in getting started.
