I first posted this poll as part of a concern however reposted it as a separate thread after noticing that two "very satisfied" votes were cast by WA employees.
It was my hope that the "Customers Only Please" request regarding this poll would have been honoured by WA to ensure an accurate snap shot of the current level of satisfaction with PS3. Once again two "very satisfied" votes have been cast by individuals with ties to WA skewing the status of this poll. That in itself is concerning.

I first attempted to resolve my issues through my "Web Assist Ambassador" who, it turns out, is really an extension of the sales & marketing team as all I have received from her are my extension library serial numbers and new product announcements. I was however guided to the support forums for assistance so here I am.
You are correct that I have only posted two issues to the forums thus far. The first, CSS issues, has been blamed on my browser/settings and the second, a CMS functionality issue assessed as my not understanding how the HTML Viewer functions. I will provide feedback soon regarding these responses.
I assure you I will ensure you receive regular and thorough updates on issues I have had and do experience going forward. I encourage all others who purchased this package based on the "Plug & Play" marketing to do the same.
