PowerStore 3 - Install Start Over?

Powerstore 3
Mac

Ok, I'm wondering if I can just start over. My original question started with "PowerStore Installed - Failed To Launch On Site" dated 2/26. I may have missed something along the way in fixing the issue. If there is something that can help me now, great. If not, perhaps I should just start over given I was so close to a successful install. Unfortunately, 1&1 says I can not remove index.html file or the logs folder, which I think is what keeps the install process from initiation. Can I get around this? Thanks for the help.

Update: I deleted everything from the remote server (1&1) and then uploaded individually install folder and powerstore 3 folder just to see what would happened. Still the same problem. Even tried adding index.php on its own. How far off can I be? I once had this thing loaded only to have the WA_GLOBALS.php issue shut me down. Please help ASAP. Thanks!

Note: I guess the "experts" took off yesterday. My original post was on Mar 1st, 11:43 PDT, and not a single "nibble". Guess I'm using the wrong bait!
