Eric Mittman

I did some testing and found that the weight type was not set correctly. When I tested it said that it was invalid and that I must use either LBS or KG. I updated it to be LBS and it seems to work fine.

I'm not sure why the error message was not telling you this but when I run a test after making the update I get to the confirm page like normal with my shipping charge present. Here is the line of code that I updated on the confirm page:

$Shipping_PackageArray[$Shipping_PackageIndex]["WeightUnits"] = "".strtoupper($eCart1->WeightUnits)."S" ."";

I changed the "S" to be "LBS" like this:

$Shipping_PackageArray[$Shipping_PackageIndex]["WeightUnits"] = "".strtoupper($eCart1->WeightUnits)."LBS" ."";

When I did this it all seemed to be working as expected. Please give this a try and let us know if you have any further troubles.
