Add the recordset from your chart data page to the search form where you have the lists.

Then display the data from it in a repeated region on the bottom of the page so you can see the results.

Then apply the DataAssist Search Sever behavior and it shoudl be relatively easy to get the recordset to filter with the list value. Do some tests and make sure the filter is working correctly and once you figure out the settings you need you can remove the visible records and add the chart in its place. Just copy and paste the dataAssist code from your working search page to the chart page and it will work the same way.
