Unable to activate
I am unable to activate the Web Assist Universal Email or the Validation toolkit. I think it is a firewall problem as the key etc is being entered properly.
The bit defender is giving problems i think. But the Game Mode is on, and the AV and FW are disabled. Yet it gives a problem.
The PC is in a network but the router has no FW in it.
Please help with the same.
Also where do I create a ticket Id. Does someone do it for me?
