We still appreciate the feedback. I think you will find quite a few people here that would give us a little credit for helping them become better web developers.
We have known for a long time that we have to help teach our users in order for them to become better able to use our tools. You may not realize or give us credit for all that we do and how hard we try, but there are quite a few success stories out there that would admit they couldn't have done it without us.
I've been doing this for 12 years now. I devote every day to making you successful. Maybe you don't see it or feel it as you struggle through the advanced topics we cover, our entire team is devoted to your success.
I'm an engineer. So my answers will probably naturally lean toward what I can do to help, as in updating the products to make them easier... and quite frankly I point the documentation team to read these threads, but I don't tell them what to do from there. They are talented guys who I think do their job well. I know they are working hard to make you successful and I know that it is a thankless job for them. Believe it or not, they make decisions based on what they believe will help you the most. You may not agree with the approach they take, or the output they produce, but just like you, they can only do their best... nothing else they can do but that.
I assure you they are reading this and plan on considering your feedback, and maybe even making their best a little better when they can.
