Uploading PowerGallery Yields No Action

  As shadow pointed out, it looks like your issue is that you are navigating to the directory in windows explorer, not going to the index.php page in the browser. The installation wizard is run within the browser and you will just have to fill in the correct information to get the gallery set up.  

Having a very similar problem.

Following the directions that came in the read me file, Power Gallery isn't installing as stated it would. The folder with all the source files was uploaded to my site at the root level
/PowerGallery100, I open to that address in my browser to a blank screen.
