Calculating Pricing with Option Add-Ons

Options

Eric, I know how to add options, but you can only add options like,
Small, Medium, Large
then colors
Blue, Black, Green

Where is there a way to edit the value for the option for example
Small - $10.00
Medium - $11.00
Large - $13.00

As far as I see it, when you create a product you can only list "One price" for that product, not multiple prices. I hope this makes it very clear. I've been trying to get this worked out for over a week. Thank you.
