Problem of losing image with update

Thread began 2/03/2010 9:49 am by ant.knott394719 | Last modified 2/12/2010 3:52 pm by ant.knott394719 | 1758 views | 14 replies

Default File value not taking in DFP 2

In the first version of DFP 1.03(?) I had no problem with the updating of a record. My 'hidden' field and 'file' field clearly have different names (video_file & video_file2 respectively). As soon as I enter the 'Default File' name and hit enter on the keyboard or press finish, the value of the default file does not record itself into the code of the page. It only shows this: 'DefaultFileName' => "",

Thus when I test the detail page where a video file is present and then click update to just update the text rather than the video file and click update, I return to the detail page and the video file is gone.

This seems like a bug with the digital file pro2 in the Upload behavior. Please tell me what I can do. I mastered the DFP1 version with no problems but DFP2 is becoming a real hassle and frustrating
