  Hi esms,

You don't need a VPS - bad advice, and another reason to ditch 123. Just transfer out to a good hosting company. Try my previous recommendation.

Cheers Neilo - I'll check your recommendation - trouble is I've never heard of them and I only use 123 out of (mis)guided loyalty having used them for around 75 (brochure) sites made mainly with WA's SAP for clients. Only now, when I get asked for a shopping site, then this problem reared its ugly head. Do you know of any other bigger name Hosts that provide the service?

I ask because the other big names I've looked at in the UK don't obviously advertise that the PS3 requirement is available. It's all a lottery !!!

This is why I encourage other UK users to indicate Hosts who do allow (and have actually succeeded) the PS3 installer to work. Probably this forum isn't the correct place to what might seem like advertising (although that's not the intention) so it might be worth me setting up a Facebook / YouTube presence.

Anyway, thanks again for your advice.
