Hi Eric,

Thanks so much for your help. Attached is a zip with the CSSFormBuilder from the root directory, (also the Spry and WA_Validation folders just in case)...

On the .pl script, I did set the "form action" to call that, but disabled any validations within the script itself, but I see what you mean now by calling the 'info' page instead.

Next dumb question — is the info page created by the Universal Email extension? (If so, I do have that in my suite.) Or kindly provide a quick example of how the file paths should be.

Thanks again for your time, very much appreciated. I have about 30 variations of this form to produce, so your help getting a working example dialed in tremendous! ;-p
