Multiple Update Lists for Insert and Update Pages

Hi Eric, thank you for your reply. I am still stumped!

Am getting this message in the multiple select list:
Warnin: in_array [function.in-array]: Wrong datatype for second argument on line 236

Not sure where to put the first piece of code
?> (bracket at the end of the update record server beviour)
$WADAproperties = explode(", ", $row_WADAproperties['PropertyType']
<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Strict//EN"

I have included files for you to take a look at.

In regard to your comment re implode on the insert page, again I am not sure where to change this code. Please Help!
