Validating Multipage form

Hey Jimmy,
Your script in your previous post, was of great help to me. Thanks you. But despite the help, I used sessions to move form field data from page to page, and it actually didn't work. I don't know why. I must be doing something wrong.
Secondly, I tried to make the form sticky such that when a user happens to make an error, the user can simply click on the << BACK Button (which I included on the form) to move to the previous page. I realized that when I use the BACK Button, all the information in the previous page will disappear and one will need to start the form allover again. I was expecting that the form field information will stick to the form as one move from page to page. See the attached Zip file for all the pages.
I will appreciate if you can take a look at the session script that I used in all the pages and also what I used in making the form sticky, such that I can use the back button to move to the previous page.
