Editing HTML features with HTML Editor installed

Hi, I have the HTML Editor installed and I also downloaded Power CMS 1.0.2.
In the release notes says that I can edit the insert page with the HTML Editor extension installed in my computer I'm running MAC OS 10.5.8 and Dreamweaver CS4.
When I tried to edit the content_insert and try to add a toolbar option it appears:

Error at line 1976 of file iRiteShared.js toolbar has no properties

So I have to select a pre defined toolbar and start deleting the options I don't want. when I finish doing this a new folder of HTML Editor is created at the root folder. Why is that? and why can't I start editing from the features already defined at PowerCMS HTML Editor folder?
