installation help

Its me again..lol, was following the steps youve mentioned and ran into a few snags. you said to
1. From 'My Computer' or 'Windows Explorer' navigate on your Hard Drive (C:\) to: C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\ and inside the folder 'wwwroot ' create a new folder caller 'PowerStore'.
[Note: It doesn't need to be here, but it's good practice to put it there, because when you are eventually using your testing server that's where the testing server files and folders will need to be.]

i did not have those files on my computer..
you also mentioned go into index.php and find and

replacefile:///C|/Users/michael/AppData/Local/Temp/wz88ce/

that file is not in my index.php, also that first 15 lines you mentioned my index.php should look like,.it is exactly that now...also do i need to delete all files on my cpanel server or when i reupload them will they just replace them..

thanks for your patience i feel so close yet so far....ill be awaiting instruction..lol, tnx
