installation help

im not an expert in dw or sql, but i believe i followed all the instructions, but im clearly overlooking something. you were asking if i set up a testing not sure. ill tell you what i did and could you please inform me.

i set up database/user/password in my sql on cpanel server i then opened powerstore folder on computer and opened and edited wa_global/ index.php/ and finally localhost.php in dreamweaver, dragged and dropped all included file s into rooted dreamweaver file window, . i then opened site definitions and defined local info
with this as my local root folder
: C:\Users\michael\Documents\spotxxxx\
links relative to document.
http address as
on remote info
acess --ftp
host directory. public_html/
it passed log in test
on testing server
server model ... phpmysql
acess ..ftp
host directory...public_html/
i used same login credentials as on remote info
it passed the test

im not sure how i was to edit localhost.php maybe this is where im went wrong, could you tell me if im inputting this correctly
i got these credentials off my sql maintenence listed below this
$hostname_localhost = "localhost";
$database_localhost = "spotxxx_spotxxxxxx"; this was the at top under current databases
$username_localhost = "spotxxx_spxxx";
$password_localhost = "xxxxxxxxxxxx";

Connection Strings
Perl $dbh = DBI->connect("DBI:mysql:spotxxxx_spotxxxxxx:localhost",
"spotxxxx_spoxxxxx","<PASSWORD HERE>");
PHP $dbh=mysql_connect ("localhost", "spotxxxx_spoxxxx",
"<PASSWORD HERE>") or die('Cannot connect to the database because: ' . mysql_error());
mysql_select_db ("spotgrab_spotgrabber");

i then selected (connect) and then (put) in dreamweaver to load all the files to my server . which i then confirmed they were there under public_html/

however my error message is still.

Warning: require_once(file:///C|/Users/michael/AppData/Local/Temp/wz88ce/WA_Globals/WA_Globals.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/spotgrab/public_html/index.php on line 1

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'file:///C|/Users/michael/AppData/Local/Temp/wz88ce/WA_Globals/WA_Globals.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/spotgrab/public_html/index.php on line 1

please help.. i have no idea what im doing wrong.. thanks
