Super Suite Rip-Off
I too am a victim a SuperSuite purchase and quite disappointed at the actions of Webassist. I feel they should have at minimum included the membership activation fee to customers who purchased the entire suite.
I too have been shunned by Webasist staff who gave me the pre-formatted response: "Unfortunately, we cannot offer any kind of discount on the Extension Library Membership Program" and then refused to answer a followup response.
Stuck between a rock and a hard place, and I guess they have enough business they don't need to listen. Same attitude as Quark had years ago when they lost most of their market share to InDesign, then started listening to their customers. Until they have direct competition to their extensions, they don't have to care.
