Need step by step for Contact Form

Thread began 1/05/2010 11:14 pm by chris-britton396422 | Last modified 1/11/2010 6:19 pm by chris-britton396422 | 7005 views | 31 replies

Hi Chris,

My heart sank somewhat when I read that you were hosted with GoDaddy, and was happy to see that you will be changing hosts. There seem to be recurrent difficulties with email sending from GoDaddy if you browse these threads. You can either spend time contacting GoDaddy and sorting it out (SMTP requirements, Swapping from Windows-based to Linux-based etc.) or you can wait until you upload to a BlueHost server, where I expect everything will just work!

I hadn't checked your page today, but have just done so. It's coming on! I can help with styling the form, I need a little time to go back and see what's what.

Do you have any requirements?

Do you want the form centred in the page?
How wide do you want it to be?
What font-family, size etc.?
Do you want a border round the form?

It just needs a few classes to be written for the styles, and perhaps to have the form sitting in it's own div (in case you want to add other content to the page in another div, or adjust the form positioning).

Have a think about that, and I'll have a look at your page again.
