One of the issues I had was, email sent to a Goddady email address disappeared without a trace. No bounce message, or any indication of what the GoDaddy server did with it. If we weren't testing for it, neither one of us would have known an attempt was made to send the email.

Their "support" didn't even understand that an email could be sent directly from a website.
