A ticket was opened three days ago. Does anyone know when I can expect a reply? I'm quite stunned at the lack of attention I'm getting with this issue. I've spent a great deal of time and money on WA products and if this is the best support I can get, then I'm thinking I've made a bad investment. I need a company that is going to give great support with their products. If I can't get support then I'm going to use another company. I am not a happy camper at all. I was thinking of purchasing PowerStore, but unless something changes regarding customer support I'm not going to spend my money on any more WA products.
