Stuck on Forms/Recordset
Here's where I'm at with questions from your last note:

I have named the recordset. I am not sure how to create the form fields much less the bindings. Selections under the recordset name are: Host, DB, User, Table Name, User Name, Time Stamp, Column Priv.
WHich do I use, if any? Do I need to create new fields?

Not quire there yet.
In creating dynamic form and fields, which settings/selection should I use. Following video and PDF directions result in forms that do not have any type of information that identifies to the user the required input. In other words, blank boxes stacked on atop the other with no spacing or labels as in the examples.
