You normally get this message by mistake if you have any white space that occurs outside of the php blocks like a space or return. In this case the error is reporting that the problem occurred on the email password page on line 8. Taking a look at that line I can see that there is a space just outside of the php bracket at the end of line 7. I think if you removed this space the error would go away for you.

The reason this happens is because php mistakenly interprets the white space as output, and when a header occurs it can't send because output has already occurred.
