My steps were I followed the WA guide to modifying an existing form (from the contact form solution pack) using form builder. The result was it broke my form layout, my form no longer successfully sends the confirmation email, and the file upload feature I added to the form with form builder doesn't work. I also posted the page on the web for you or someone to look at and analyze to get me on some path to solutions, even if it's just directing me in locations in the files to try SOMETHING. Instead I have to wait weekends and whatever additional time until someone gets around to sending yet another message asking for yet more information, while I'm still no closer to a solution. I'm not trying to be disrespectful but admittedly trying hard to be quite direct. At this point, I've given you what I have. If it's not enough, let's just all move on and I'll segue into some plan B.
