Email not working

OK it's re-directing fine again, thank you (and I'd be interested to know why). I'm still at the original problem of not receiving an email after the form is submitted. I did put the correct email address in the WA_Globals file. I established a folder on my c drive to accept the uploaded file, although only because the instructions suggested I needed to do this too in order to have the file attached to my email also. Any thoughts why the email is not coming in?
