This page seems to have some positioning and flashing screen issues. I'll have to look into it further. I'll try downloading it with Site Import and take a couple of minutes to debug it later on today and see what I come up with. There seems to be an issue with how it is working in general on that page. You do have a javascript error onload, but it doesn't appear that is related to the functionality of the ratings system.
I'll get back to you with what I find out.
