Need Help with setting up recordset for downloads

Thread began 11/22/2009 12:40 am by bac4571381904 | Last modified 12/21/2009 2:25 pm by bac4571381904 | 2624 views | 29 replies

When i try to create the recordset on the checkout_success page it doesn't create. It doesn't show up in the server behaviors or anything. Theres no error message or anything. I did exaclty what was supposed to be done from the post above. I named my SQL paramater paramOrderID. Heres what it looked like:

FROM orders INNER JOIN detail_table ON orders.OrderID = detail_table.details_orderID
WHERE orders.OrderID = paramOrderID

The variable

Name: paramOrderID
Type: text
Default Value: -1
Run-time Value: <?php echo session_id(); ?>

For some reason the recordset doesn't create with that runtime value: <?php echo session_id(); ?> If I put the number one for the run-time value it creates for some reason but obviously doesn't work. In the video tutorial it had this sql parameter that looked different: $_SESSION['OrderID']
