Slow Page Load

OK I got the problem resolved. Well more accurately Rackspace got it resolved. Here was the issue. Like I said Linux server with FIREWALL.

Here is their response:

Apparently, that application is trying to make requests to the host (or if accessed that way). This fails because the server is trying to connect to the public IP. Behind the firewall, that has to be accessed as the private IP especially since that is the IP Apache is hosting the domain on.

They fixed it by editing the hosts file on the server. They'll have to do this for every domain I put the gallery on or reconfigure our firewall to cross map public and private IPs.

Anyway, works like a champ now. Too bad isn't one of the domains I'd like to use the gallery on.
