Form Builder Error

Warning: session_start() [function.session-start]: Cannot send session cache limiter

I googled this. How funny it is to see all the sites that cannot get this "white" space, "hosting" company server php error to go away. I am having the same problem, I am the hosting company and I am running Window os 2003, IIS 7, Plesk control panel, fastcgi and did not think that when I purchased the software that I would have to start learning php...but I guess this is the case. The page is at waformbuilder.php. I am TRYING to learn the modules and I am not liking this blog stuff. When I purchased my modules there was a person to talk to / write to... Now I have to learn how to know what to ask for, how to search for the answer and it seem to take to very long to find a solution...
