It seems that there may just be a misunderstanding about what CSS Sculptor will produce for you. All that you are doing with CSS Sculptor is altering an existing preset or creating a new one. From the preset you can generate a file, this will include the file itself as well as the accompanying css and other resources that are needed for this page. Generally speaking this is the last thing you will be doing with the tool after you make all of the changes to your layout that you would like. Making any changes in the wizard to a particular layout will not alter any existing code or pages, it will only save the changes to the preset and you can create a new file based on that.
