payment api not being sent o paypal

if yu have not changed:
$WAGLOBAL_Test_Mode = true; //Set to true if you are testing your shopping cart and do not want to send information to your payment gateway.


to:
$WAGLOBAL_Test_Mode = false; //Set to true if you are testing your shopping cart and do not want to send information to your payment gateway.


in the WA_Globals.php file, payments will not be sent through paypal.

setting the $WAGLOBAL_Test_Mode to true:
$WAGLOBAL_Test_Mode = true


bypasses the code for sending the transaction to the gateway. Only if it is set to false:
$WAGLOBAL_Test_Mode = false

will the transaction be sent to the gateway.
