Thanks for your kind words.

In WA's defense, they have made huge progress in their documentation since I first purchased one of their extensions. Many improvements need to be made, but they are headed in the right direction. Most of the tips in the knowledgebase come from the forum. I'm just making it easier to find. Without the knowledge of the WA guys, it would be the lackofknowledgebase. :)

The good news is that once the light bulb goes off with one extension, things fall into place rather quickly. The "that makes no sense" moments turn into "that's really slick" moments.

Keep a positive attitude and it will be a fun adventure. Focus on the problems and you will quickly get frustrated. The good thing is the problems are usually quickly resolved (though some occasionally get stuck in the system - don't know why).

BTW they do have an active Beta program.
