I can see that there seems to be a problem with the trigger you are using for the checkout on this page, the trigger is set to any form posts. This should be updated to be same page post. With the way it is setup now it looks like you would not get the email sent or have the order information get into the db. After you update this you should run some test transactions then check the db to see what is there. Also check to see if you are getting the email receipt. It looks like you had your eWay id in the confirm page, you should ensure that you update this to a new value.
