eCart PayPal

PayPal problems.
I have created a checkout with PayPal checkout included in my checkout form with PayFlow Pro.
I have the cart live on my website to test and I can checkout with Paypal, I get a paypal login window to pay so that works but I cannot get the Payflow Pro transaction to work.
I have tried to use the eCart "Local Checkout" from the behaviours panel but when I complete this and upload to the server nothing works, not even the PayPal checkout button that was previously working.
I thought that the address form page passed you to the order confirmation page and the checkout was from there, there is a checkout button on the checkout page that doesnt submit the data anywhere. The action in the form properties is "Confirm.php" But I go directly to the failed transaction page both online and my testing server.
Any suggestions please.
