Help with querying a mySQL/PHP database using a List/menu pulldown.

Great but will it work for my example, albeit not very clear.

The first menu will be populated with the Manufacturers. When I select a manufacturer I don't want to populate another menu or list box, I want to used the selected manufacturer to query a separate table and display the relevant rows which match the selected id from the manufacturer.
