How does Universal Email handle multi-lingual websites?

Would it be possible to just post them here in a zip archive, minus any sensitive details of course. I think that if I had a better understanding of what is occurring on the page then it will be easier to give you advice on what to do next.

When it comes to the rs I was only suggesting this based on the response that I saw. The country value could come from a session variable or any other place that is correctly holding this value. The important thing to keep in mind is that the value we are trying to compare to is 'Deutschland', so as long as we have a variable that is holding the country value correctly and it will be set like this for domestic purchases the if statements that are crafted should work for this.
